Disable Self-Protection Module in Malwarebytes Nebula policy settings. Note: Before running the Malwarebytes Business Support Tool, it is recommended to do the following: A list of switches and instructions on how to use them are in this article. To remove Malwarebytes software from a Windows endpoint, download the Support Tool, then run it from the Command Prompt. In the Command Prompt, you can use switches to specify how you want to remove the Malwarebytes software. For more information, see Delete endpoints in Nebula. Consult with Malwarebytes support before running the support tool or try removing Malwarebytes software by using the Malwarebytes Nebula console. Follow the instructions to uninstall Malwarebytes for Mac.The Malwarebytes Support Tool command line version is used to cleanup and remove Malwarebytes business products including their files, settings, and license information. Double-click on the file Remove Malwarebytes.pkg. Download the Malwarebytes for Mac uninstaller. If Malwarebytes 3.0 or earlier is installed: Enter your password and click on ok the removal requires admin rights. Are you sure you wish to proceed" is launched. Select yes when the prompt "This will completely remove the Malwarebytes software. 
Select Help from the menu bar and there Uninstall Malwareybtes. Open Malwarebytes for Mac on the Macintosh computer. To remove Malwarebytes for Mac 3.1 or later: Tip: You may use third-party uninstallation programs such as Revo Uninstaller or Geek Uninstaller to scan for leftovers after the removal. 
Proceed as instructed by the uninstaller and restart the computer to complete the process.Right-click on the Malwarebytes entry and select uninstall.The list is sorted alphabetically, but you may change the sort order with a click on a column title (e.g. Locate Malwarebytes software in the list of installed programs.Type appwiz.cpl and hit the Enter-key to open the Programs and Features Control Panel applet.
Use Windows-R to open the run box on the system. You may remove Malwarebytes using the Windows Control Panel if you don't want to run the extra tool to uninstall Malwarebytes completely:
